Founded in 2006 by Pittsburgh restauranteurs Jimmy Sr. and his wife Kathy, Jimmy Wan’s is the couple’s fourth restaurant designed to celebrate authentic cuisine, culinary innovation, and traditional family values.

Our dishes are carefully crafted by Head Chef Chen and Sushi Chef Aki using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and labor-intensive traditional processes. We never cut corners when it comes to delivering an incredible meal, down to butchering our own poultry to crafting our sauces in-house each and every day.
